Ariel’s mission is to transform lives through the art and science of movement, bringing his expertise to both individual patient care and broader public health. A lifelong learner and dedicated clinician, he thrives on partnering with patients to help them surpass their health and wellness goals using a mix of manual therapies and exercise prescription. His unique approach doesn’t just focus on recovery – it’s about helping patients emerge stronger, more resilient, and healthier than ever before.
Born and raised in North York in a family of boys, Ariel’s competitive spirit led him to excel in multiple sports including Karate, where he’s earned multiple national and international medals. His quest for growth extends beyond the clinic – you’ll find him exploring hiking trails, scaling the walls at bouldering gyms, barefoot running through the winter season, or tending to his garden in the spring and summer. Ariel enjoys cooking and hosting in his spare time and planning his next trip. Ask him where he’s planning his next adventure!

Ariel at Cornerstone (Yonge and Sheppard) has been fantastic to work with. Throughout the process of investigating and treating my tinnitus, he has been patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. As someone new to physiotherapy, this has been an incredibly positive and encouraging first experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.
What Ariel's patients say...
I had a great experience with Ariel! He helped me recover from a rock climbing muscle strain in my lower back. As a fairly active person, I’ve gone through several rehab journeys with different Physiotherapists in my life. Ariel really stood out as someone who really cares about his work. He knew exactly what issues I was facing and tailored a solid recovery plan for me. It couldn’t have gone any better. I highly recommend Ariel.
What Ariel's patients say...
I came here with an arm injury and I had the pleasure of working with Ariel Zohar. He very carefully and thoughtfully diagnosed me with tendinopathy in my elbow, and clearly detailed a path to recovery. I’m feeling a million times better. He takes the time to empower his clients with the knowledge to heal themselves between appointments. All other staff members were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.
What Ariel's patients say...
I tore my Achilles tendon and chose Cornerstone for my recovery. While the clinic’s facilities and convenience are excellent, what truly set my experience apart was Ariel’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness in my treatment. He has been incredibly diligent in assessing my condition and prescribing effective exercises. His dedication and expertise have made a significant impact, and I believe my healing process has been faster and smoother than expected. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
