Job Description
Cornerstone Physiotherapy is thrilled to be seeking talented and passionate physiotherapists for our Long COVID Rehabilitation virtual team. We have created one of the first programs of its kind to address the ongoing concerns of the Long COVID population through virtual Physiotherapy care. Cornerstone is connected to a global network of Long COVID researchers and advised by Canada’s top Physician Scientists. All training and ongoing clinical support will be provided by Cornerstone clinicians. The demand for this kind of care is growing and we are looking for superstars who can bring energy, empathy, and a willingness to go the extra mile to this role.
The program is delivered completely remotely through telehealth software and utilizes biometric data from wearable technology to assist in rehabilitation. This position will allow you the flexibility to work from home.
Our Long COVID rehabilitation team is truly interdisciplinary and includes Physiotherapists, an Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist, Dietician and strong administrative support staff. We promote continuing education through clinical mentorship, appointment shadowing and biweekly rounds. - This is a subcontractor (independent practitioner) position
- Work from home with lots of flexibility in your hours and schedule
- You must be based in Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia
- You must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in your province
- You will carry your own malpractice insurance
