Anna is an experienced therapist who understands that the best treatment plan is the one the patient can consistently participate in. This understanding drives her to strategize with her patients to find ways to build treatment into their specific circumstances. She is always happy to meet patients where they are and to understand their lives before charting the path forward. Anna loves her role as a Physiotherapist and considers it a privilege to celebrate big and small wins with her patients. Anna is also a published author from her time at UofT’s Muscle Function and Performance Lab.
Anna was born in Poland and did not learn to speak english until she was 9 years old when she moved to Dundas Ontario. She now lives with her partner and three year old son and spends her free time at splash pads or hiking around the Grand River area. Anna loves water sports like kayaking and SUP. Ask her about her recent sailing lessons for a good laugh!
