Anna believes that to be effective a therapist must strive to be genuine, respectful, honest and open-minded. With these principles as the foundation of her relationships, she is able to make a lasting impact on the patients who work with her. She recognizes that the therapist and patient have an equal role in achieving the desired outcome and she strives to be a true partner in the process.

Anna grew up in Toronto and Peterborough Ontario and is the youngest of 5 siblings. She loves road cycling and strength training. Her own experience dealing with concussion fuelled a passion for vestibular rehabilitation and she uses her experience to help her patients. Anna is an active advocate for mental health and well being. She is also in the running to become the last surviving blackberry user.
