With these principles as the foundation of her relationships, she is able to make a lasting impact on the patients who work with her. She recognizes that the therapist and patient have an equal role in achieving the desired outcome and she strives to be a true partner in the process.
Anna grew up in Toronto and Peterborough Ontario and is the youngest of 5 siblings. She loves strength training, road cycling, racing (and all of the training and preparation that comes with it). Her own experience dealing with concussion fuelled a passion for vestibular rehabilitation and she uses her experience to help her patients. Anna is an active advocate for mental health and well being.
