Jennifer approaches her patients with compassion and kindness. She knows what it means to try to find balance in one’s life with significant challenges and her patients benefit from both her clinical expertise and personal experiences. She has been through a major health transformation that taught her the value of her health and the persistence required to have a lasting impact. Jennifer loves watching her patients reclaim their lives as they make progress toward the goals that they set together.
Jennifer grew up in the Edmonton area and she has a strong connection to the rural farming community. She loves to be active outdoors and to play a variety of sports recreationally. Jennifer comes from a large family. She has four children of her own whom are almost all adults. She is an avid reader and enjoys needlepoint. She is a self professed ‘directionally challenged’ individual who can get lost in a mall easily. On the other hand she fiercely faces her fears in order to grow. Ask her about paragliding with a crushing fear of heights!
