Jessica has been a fierce advocate of the Long COVID community since the condition was recognized in 2020. She has been an invited speaker at many conferences and continues to have an impact on the development of safe and effective rehabilitation approaches to Long COVID. She also is a leader in the area of breathing rehabilitation and has helped many patients return to a normal life following chronic disease or medical emergencies.

Jessica grew up all over Alberta where she developed a love of cycling. She became an accomplished cyclist competing at both road biking and mountain biking at the provincial and national levels. She has held several provincial titles in Alberta. These days her competitive cycling days are behind her and she chooses to spend her time supporting the dreams of her two boys. You may find Jessica in the stands of a Hockey game in small town BC. Beware, while she is a kind and caring clinician, she can get a little heated when watching one of her boys fighting for victory on the ice!
