Amy stands out as a driven and committed professional. She had two research publications before she even finished her professional training at U of T. She has a passion for helping people make small but significant changes that generate a large impact on their health and quality of life. Amy’s patients love her lighthearted and positive energy, while being inspired to take control of their condition and their health in general.
Amy grew up just down the highway in Hamilton Ontario before escaping to Toronto for her formal training in Physiotherapy. Athletics have been a big part of Amy’s life with a focus on gymnastics and cheerleading. More recently though, she is a well rounded weekend warrior that can be found training at her local gym, running the waterfront, out on the links or riding the terrain park at a local ski resort. She loves to travel and spent a month in Thailand and Bali after her undergraduate degree. Ask Amy how many dogs are living in her house currently…..you never really know what answer you are going to get

What Amy's patients say...
As someone with a first time dislocated shoulder, Amy from Cornerstone Physiotherapy was amazing in helping me navigate the healing process through helpful answers, exercise programs, and manual therapy. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a great Physiotherapist.

Amy is absolutely amazing, I had terrible pain in my neck and shoulders and in just a few sessions I felt good as new. The exercises given to do at home were also good and helped a lot. Could not recommend it more 🙂

I was experiencing severe lower back pain due sciatica. Amy was my therapist and she was the best! She put together a great plan and gave such simple alternatives to daily chores that I was almost back to normal in a couple of weeks. She’s knowledgeable, patient and works with you! All in all she’s a great therapist! Definitely recommend her at Cornerstone!

Came here for 2 issues and my physiotherapist, Amy was able to support me with both! She had a great understanding of my injuries and provided me with exercises that extremely helped increase my pain, mobility, and strength. She was super helpful in finding resources relevant to my rehab and my goals. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a great pt.
