Heidi prides herself on her ability to provide patient centred care. She feels that meeting people where they are with honesty and compassion is the foundation for a good therapeutic relationship upon which meaningful change is possible. She is always in pursuit of a greater understanding of nutrition and the practice of dietetics. She takes a ‘food first’ approach to creatively craft and share inspiring food ideas and recipes that ignite her patients’ enthusiasm for healthy eating
Heidi grew up in Stratford Ontario and attended the University of Guelph for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She is a self declared foodie who loves travel and adventure. Those adventures are a little closer to home these days as she also holds the distinguished title of ‘Mom’. Ask Heidi what her favorite food is…you might be surprised.
