Joon combines a deep sense of empathy and an always-open mind with an unparalleled work ethic and a drive to succeed. Beloved by his patients, it is not unusual to hear people talking about how he has fundamentally changed their lives. Joon is trained in both orthopaedics and vestibular rehabilitation but in recent years has focused entirely on dizziness and balance disorders and concussion rehabilitation. He is the clinical lead and mentor to all of Cornerstone’s vestibular therapists. His love of vestibular rehabilitation comes from an appreciation for how complex these disorders can be, and the profound impact that it has on a person’s life when you are able to help. As a director at Cornerstone he is motivated by our common mission to grow the organization through a focus on clinical excellence and great customer service.

Joon lives in Oakville with his wife of 15 years and their two daughters. He is the eldest of three boys and is an accomplished multisport athlete. He enjoys his time away from Cornerstone renovating his house, working out, gaming, and is always on the look-out for a new hobby!

What Joon's patients say...

If you have vertigo this is the place for you! I suffered from terrible vertigo and saw many doctors including a neurologist. No one helped me feel better. I was getting very depressed because I always had mild vertigo symptoms. It wasn’t until I saw Joon at Cornerstone Physiotherapy that I finally started feeling normal again. I had suffered for three years and then Joon had me feeling better within a week.

What Joon's patients say...

100% genuine care. With a bad concussion plus a case of vertigo, unable to function in life or work, my Dr. referred me to Joon Nah, “he’s one of the best out there,” she said. I attribute the significant recovery to the therapy from Joon. It’s clear when speaking with Joon that his breadth of knowledge in the field of vestibular & concussion physiology is on par with any specialist out there

What Joon's patients say...

The best of the best. I have vertigo. Joon did the explaining, test and also the treatment on the same visit. I came out feeling 99% better after the treatment and I’m hopeful that my next visit will make me 100% better. I’m SO happy and relieved and I just about had one of the greatest physiotherapy treatments in my life.
