Jessica Mau is a Registered Massage Therapist whose practice is rooted in deep compassion, clinical curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Holding a Bachelor of Kinesiology from York University and a Massage Therapy Diploma from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Jessica is actively expanding her integrative knowledge as a Doctor of Chiropractic candidate at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Fluent in both English and Cantonese, Jessica brings a wealth of diverse clinical experience gained through specialized hospital placements including stroke, nephrology, palliative care, and seniors’ clinics alongside athletic outreach at events like the Toronto Marathon and the Beach Volleyball National Championships. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Jessica views each patient holistically, combining active listening and thoughtful problem-solving to help individuals move with newfound ease, comfort, and confidence in their daily lives.

Outside the clinic, Jessica’s warm, inquisitive energy shines through an exceptionally broad blend of personal interests and hands-on creative pursuits. Raised in Richmond Hill, she is deeply family-oriented and loves relaxing alongside her loved ones and her cat, Celeste. A true “jack of all trades,” Jessica’s innate curiosity frequently leads her down tutorial rabbit holes whenever a new challenge catches her eye. Whether that means taking on a DIY home renovation, troubleshooting a car repair, or mastering a new recipe. Beyond her technical side, she nurtures a rich artistic passion through portrait drawing, crafting, and songwriting. An active lifestyle also keeps her grounded, enjoying recreational basketball, swimming, weightlifting, and her time paddling on the York University Dragon Boat Team. Guided by a lifelong dream to travel the globe, explore different cultures, and offer healthcare support to communities along the way, Jessica connects effortlessly with people from all walks of life through her down-to-earth humor, shared passions, and genuine empathy.
