Lauren is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who brings a unique understanding to her practice, having personally navigated the challenges of rehabilitation. She combines her clinical expertise with genuine empathy and her own experiences to provide exceptional care. Dedicated to her field, Lauren also teaches at the renowned Sutherland-Chan school.

Originally from Markham, Ontario, Lauren is an accomplished multi-sport athlete with a background in Rugby, Field Hockey, Golf, and Sailing. More recently, she has embraced HYROX, achieving an impressive 18-minute personal best in her second race, which included competitions in Toronto (2024) and Las Vegas (2025). Outside of her professional and athletic pursuits, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and has a passion for travel, having explored every continent except Africa and Antarctica.
