Yashna Lakhani is a Registered Physiotherapist who brings an empathetic,, and vibrant energy to patient care. Yashna is highly credentialed with specialized certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Complete Concussion Management, and the LSVT BIG program. Driven by core values of kindness, happiness, and growth, she believes that effective therapy goes beyond manual skills to form genuine personal connections. She infuses her practice with a bubbly, positive spirit, aiming to be both a clinician and a supportive friend in each patient’s recovery story.

Outside of the clinic, Yashna’s rich, global background allows her to connect easily with people from all walks of life. Born and raised in Tanzania, East Africa, her journey has taken her across the world She moved to Toronto for high school, California for her undergraduate degree, New York for physiotherapy school, and North Bay, where she married her husband and welcomed her son, before finally settling in Richmond Hill. While she jokingly admits she was never the athletic type, she has always possessed a passion for leadership, serving as the head of community and service during both high school and PT school. Yashna is an avid adventurer whose ultimate bucket-list goal is to travel to every continent, though she hilariously confesses to being so directionally challenged that she still needs a GPS to navigate to places she has been to dozens of times!
